Is there a limit on how many emails I can send?

There's no limit imposed by Edivisor Recruit, but Gmail and other platforms may have limits. Learn more in this article.

Edvisor Recruit does not impose any limits on how many emails you can send via our system, but different email providers may have limits, learn more about below:

  • Gmail: Gmail may limit the number of emails you send either via gmail.com or via integrations such as Edvisor Recruit. To prevent users from using Gmail for SPAM, to learn more about Gmail limits, check this support article by Google: Gmail sending limits in Google Workspace
  • Other: When you don't connect to Gmail, you will use Edvisor Recruit own server to send an email, it comes with many limitations (such as the email being sent from noreply@edvisor.io). There are no limits, but our email providers will run automatic SPAM detection algorithms if too many emails are being sent too fast.

How do I know if my emails are being limited?

There's no one 100% accurate way of knowing, unfortunately. You may notice that your users are not receiving your messages, or you may receive emails from Google or Microsoft that resemble this example:

Resolving "Message not delivered" bounces from Gmail because your "Send  mail as" settings are misconfigured
